Estamos de volta!🤗 We`re back!

Vamos fazer saídas de treino e snorkeling esta semana e daqui a pouco começam os cursos.
Para que tudo corra bem, como tem corrido sempre, temos de nos adaptar às novas mudanças. E estas são:
- Uso de máscara na embarcação;
- Redução do número de pessoas no barco, por bóia e instrutor;
- Outros comportamentos específicos do mergulho livre que também têm de ser modificados e vão ser explicados nos briefings;
- Ter um conjunto de máscara e tubo próprio;
- Para desembaciar a máscara terá de ser com um produto próprio. Acabaram-se as cuspidelas! 🤪
- Sessões de respiração serão ao ar livre com o distanciamento necessário;
- As aulas teóricas ainda serão online;
- Teremos desinfectante ou sabão macaco a bordo para quando necessário 🤭

We`ll be doing some depth sessions and fun dives/snorkeling this week and soon the courses will start as well.
For everything to work smoothly, as it has always been, we have to adapt to new changes. And these are:
- Use of a face mask on the boat;
- Reduction of the number of people on the boat, by buoy and instructor;
- Other specific freediving behaviors that also have to be modified and will be explained in briefings;
- Have your own diving mask and snorkel set;
- To defog the diving mask, you must use a specific product. No more spitting! 🤪
- Breathing sessions will be outdoors with the necessary distance;
- Theory classes will still be online;
- We`ll have disinfectant or monkey soap, as we call it in Portugal, on board for when needed 🤭
